We had Jon do an inspection of the house we just purchase. Jon did an excellent job and pointed out a few items that we were worried about. I would highly recommend his services. The fee was reasonable and the insight he provides will be helpful. If Jon points out any potential problems then you would do well to follow up on them. He has a lot of experience in looking at houses and after his inspection I felt confident that major potential problems were pointed out to me. I would also say that after having bought the house, a year later we still did not find anything new that Jon had not pointed out to us already.

Jon was very helpful with our pre purchase home inspection! We are first time home buyers and he walked us through everything and was happy to answer our questions. The report was incredibly detailed and will make it very easy for us to look back and know what to update when we move in. He offered his help whenever we need it to go over his notes which is truly appreciated. He not only pointed out what was wrong but also why and what a good way to fix it. My husband and I are FTHB. We got a last minute appointment with Johnathan. He contacted me right away even though it was a last minute appointment that our agent had made. When we arrived, We were surprised to see that he had done a lot of work (inspections) already! Jon is the BEST! I'm really grateful he was able to do the inspection on short notice. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. Not once did he rush through the process and made sure he answered my questions completely. He explained how to make repairs, what to buy, and whether I can do it myself or get a professional.
